Undriving? What do we do to get volunteers, raise money, increase awareness?
I’m on the board of this awesome nonprofit. In fact, it’s the only volunteer/nonprofit involvement I’ve ever worked with more than once. Huge potential, everywhere and everyone that ever hears about it thinks it’s brilliant, but how do we scale with a volunteer board and little business consulting, and even less money…
How about…we’ll hire you as our executive director, for our proven concept, if you can raise your own salary. ?? :)
